Nuckols will play an important role in helping the firm meet its aggressive growth goals. With more than 15 years of experience, Nuckols will work with key traditional media partners and expand the agency’s growing online media operation in an effort to help the agency more cost effectively drive new customers for its clients.
Prior to joining Calise Partners, Nuckols worked on the agency and online vendor side of the business. She has helped companies like McDonald’s, The Ritz-Carlton, Nestle and Abercrombie & Fitch reach a bigger audience and diversify the demographic appeal.
Nuckols began her career on traditional media, inclusive of national/local TV, radio, outdoor and print. As the industry began to evolve towards online media, Nuckols quickly saw the importance of incorporating digital strategy into the overall media mix and was quick to drive digital innovation in online display, pay-per-click, native and social.
To strengthen her baseline expertise of online media, Nuckols continued her career at a leading digital Ad Network. This partnership provided the opportunity for Nuckols to grow her technical knowledge and specialization across display, mobile and social media—affording her a unique 360-degree perspective of both the agency and vendor viewpoints as it relates to customer conversion through online media.
Her passion and hard work were recognized by colleagues and former employers through two distinct industry awards – the “Norm Campbell Rookie of the Year” and “Media Planner of the Year” awards.
