Hayneedle is hiring for positions ranging from entry-level to director roles in Technology, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Care, and more. This effort should increase their team from 700 to an estimated 1000 through the end of the year in an effort to support growth and the upcoming peak holiday season. In addition, Hayneedle recently hired some key industry leaders who will make an immediate impact on the business.
Tom Clement has re-joined Hayneedle as Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Tom will lead the strategy and execution of Hayneedle's supply chain, fulfillment, and engineering/facilities functions to ensure positioning for strategic growth and to enhance the reliability and cost savings innovations put in place already. Tom brings over 25 years of experience in delivering business results through team development, process improvement, fulfillment network strategies, and technology. His achievements include e-commerce and store supply chain development for Nike’s North American geography, Cornerstone Brands, a division of HSN, Macy’s, The Home Depot, J.Jill, and other major retailers in the U.S. and Japanese markets.
Ben Dekarske has joined Hayneedle as Director of E-Commerce Systems where he will lead the technology arm of the online retailer by enhancing the user experience, speed, and performance of the website, plus develop mobile applications that enhance the shopping experience for their customers. Ben’s more than 10 years of IT expertise was enhanced by leading the IT effort for Jostens and its partnership with Shutterfly, and working with the Homeland Security division of Unisys.
Lindsey Johnson joined Hayneedle as Director of Talent Acquisition to play a key role in acquiring expert talent to support the company’s high-growth momentum and to enable the organization to scale their recruitment function to meet growing business needs. Lindsey led the global talent acquisition functions for ACI Worldwide and has over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition.
