CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Phillips Edison & Company (“the Company”) announced the appointment of Dawn Stamper to Regional Vice President of Property Management. In her new role, Ms. Stamper will oversee all Property Management functions for the company’s Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition, she will serve as main point of contact for all Property Management matters for Phillips Edison’s third party and joint venture partners.
Ms. Stamper joined Phillips Edison in 2007 as the Assistant Director of Property Management. In 2008, she was promoted to Director of Property Management, and then again in 2014 to Senior Director. She is active in Phillips Edison’s PECO NOW program, which is dedicated to the education and advancement of women in the workplace. She also serves as a mentor to associates throughout the company through Phillips Edison’s PECO University Mentoring Program. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Ms. Stamper was a property manager for Regency Centers, a grocery anchored REIT based out in Jacksonville, Florida. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
