Combines leading players in forensic and consulting engineering services

BALTIMORE--()--JENSEN HUGHES (the “Company”), the global market leader in fire protection engineering, fire code consulting and related life safety services, announced that it has completed the acquisition of CASE Forensics Corporation (“CASE”). CASE, headquartered in Seattle with nine offices throughout the Western U.S., is an industry leader in providing forensic science and engineering consulting services to risk managers, property owners, manufacturers, attorneys, insurance companies and various government entities. CASE’s multidisciplinary team of consultants, architects, scientists and engineers provide scientific analysis, forensic and laboratory testing, and litigation support and expert testimony services for complex technical situations. “The communicated mission and vision of both JENSEN HUGHES and Gryphon Investors coupled with the combined breadth of technical offerings, talent base, global office footprint, and commitment to expansion and growth, provides both significant opportunities for our employees and additional resources to our clients,” added Kevin Lewis, President of CASE.

Dan Gottuk, Technical Director and leader of JENSEN HUGHES’ Forensic and Litigation Services Group, stated, “This combination is beneficial to both firms and enhances our capabilities in providing high quality solutions to our clients.
