The number of shares and votes in AcadeMedia has changed through the issue of new shares that was carried out in connection with the listing of AcadeMedia’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

AcadeMedia is the leading and single largest independent education provider in northern Europe. In 2014/15, approximately 62,000 children and students attended AcadeMedia’s preschools, compulsory schools and upper secondary schools. An additional 80,000 individuals participated in AcadeMedia’s adult education courses.
