Ms. Su will lead the strategic direction, expansion, and operations of VMC, Volt’s industry-leading provider of technology outsourcing services, including development, QA/testing, and customer support for companies in the mobile, entertainment, and consumer technology devices sectors.

Ms. Su brings over 25 years of industry experience and leadership to this position. Prior to joining VMC, she most recently served as Managing Partner for Etoile Consulting, LLC, a strategic consulting firm to multiple private and public sector companies. Prior to Etoile, Ms. Su was Chief Operating Officer and Global Vice President Emerging Sectors with Openet, a global provider of mobility software solutions. During her 13-year tenure at Openet, Ms. Su was responsible for strategic growth, global operations, and change management for the company, including identifying new, innovative, and disruptive business models to create strategic value for Openet’s technology portfolio. Her early career experience in the technology and tech consulting sectors also includes Practice Director and Branch Manager, Global Software Services at CSG Systems International; Principal at American Management Systems; Technical Manager at US West Advanced Technologies; and Software Engineer at Coastal States Management. Juliana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Colorado.
