Tech Veteran Nelson Chan to Help Federated Wireless Bring CINQ XP™ to Market

ARLINGTON, Va.--()--Federated Wireless, Inc., a developer of cloud-based wireless infrastructure solutions to extend the access of carrier networks, today announced it has appointed Nelson Chan, a highly experienced public and private technology company leader, to its board of directors. Chan will use his experience driving rapid organic growth to help bring Federated Wireless’ Spectrum Access System and Environmental Sensing Capability platform, CINQ XP, to market once it obtains approval by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Chan has a long track record of success in both the semiconductor and consumer electronics industries. His experience includes positions as chief executive officer of Magellan, a leader in the GPS navigation and positioning market, as well as executive vice president and general manager at SanDisk, the world's largest supplier of branded flash data storage products.
