NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Cassie as Head of US Corporates Issuer Relationship Management, effective immediately.
In this role, Cassie will lead the New Issuer Marketing and Relationship Management teams for Fitch's US Corporates group. Based in New York, he reports to Jill Zelter, Global Business Head for Corporates and Structured Credit.
Cassie is a veteran of the credit ratings industry. He spent 20 years at Standard & Poor's in a variety of roles spanning new client origination, relationship development, product management and marketing. Most recently he served as Vice President on the Executive Relationship Management team, focusing on account management for the firm's 19 largest clients.
Prior to his tenure at Standard & Poor's, Cassie worked at Loan Pricing Corporation, The Bank of New York and National Westminster Bank USA.

Cassie earned a MBA in Finance from NYU Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a B.A. in History from Trinity College-Hartford.
