SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Giant Creative/Strategy, LLC, the largest full-service independent healthcare communications agency on the West Coast, named Susan Osterloh to Vice President, Group Creative Director.
Osterloh joins the agency’s creative leads, as she manages copy and brand leadership across a large book of Giant’s business. With more than 20 years of experience, Osterloh is an integral team member partnering with all key agency disciplines to deliver insightful and strategic results to clients.
Throughout her career, Osterloh has worked in tandem with customers, planners, and account teams to establish imaginative and tactical approaches for multiple billion-dollar direct-to-patient and direct-to-consumer accounts. The AAF, Webby Awards, Cannes, DTC Perspectives, Telly, Communicator, Manny, Global, and Rx Awards all have recognized her work. Osterloh’s previous roles include: Creative Director at Pacific Communications; Associate Creative Director at Centron; and Creative Director at Rapp Collins Worldwide.
