SANTA BARBARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InTouch Health, the leading specialty telehealth network and managed service provider, today announced that it has entered into a strategic collaboration with Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISRG), which includes an investment by Intuitive Surgical in the company and a collaboration agreement to jointly develop patient informatics solutions for Intuitive Surgical’s da Vinci® Surgical System.
The Intuitive Surgical investment will allow for, among other things, increased spending to enhance the functionality and scale of InTouch’s telehealth cloud.
