KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bats Global Markets, Inc. (Bats: BATS), a leading global operator of exchanges and services for financial markets, today announced plans to refinance its existing $656 million Term Loan B facilities and $100 million revolving credit facility.
The term loan transaction is expected to be financed through a new $650 million Term Loan B, and funding is scheduled to close in June. There can be no assurance that the refinancing will be completed, in whole or in part.
