NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Conversational Commerce specialist, Flamingo Customer Experience Inc, has announced to shareholders that the company is to be 100 percent acquired by ASX listed, Cre8tek Ltd.
Flamingo provides cloud-based Intelligent Guided Selling and Guided Customer On-boarding platforms that enable companies to increase online sales conversion and customer retention rates. It does this using patented software that learns how customers and employees interact and then automates this process.
Based in New York and with an office in Sydney, current customers include major companies such as Nationwide Insurance, New York Daily Gazette, Prime Financial and Quay Credit Union. Flamingo has a strong sales pipeline targeting the financial services sector and the business is forecast to deliver continued growth both in the US and Australian markets.

Cre8tek will undertake a capital raising of not less than $1.5M to further develop the Flamingo artificial intelligence platform, with more details to be outlined in the forthcoming prospectus.
