The company’s disaster relief program allows qualified customers to delay one or two monthly payments, or two or four biweekly payments, resuming their regular payment schedules when their situations improve.
“We are concerned about our customers and we want to help, so we’re offering affected customers some relief while they get back on their feet,” said Alan Cusworth, Ford Credit Marketing and Brand manager. “We are contacting eligible Lincoln Automotive Financial Services and Ford Credit customers and encourage customers who need help to call us immediately – there is no need to wait to hear from us.”
Customers eligible for the disaster relief program are being sent contact instructions. Customers may also call Ford Credit at this toll-free number: 1-877-636-7346.
The offer is available to customers who are leasing or have purchased vehicles with financing from Ford Credit or Lincoln Automotive Financial Services.
