SWORDS, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments, appointed Francesco Incalza as vice president, treasury, effective June 1. As treasurer of Ingersoll Rand, Incalza will have global responsibility for all treasury operations, including capital markets, cash management, foreign exchange risk management, pensions and insurance management. Incalza has been with an Ingersoll Rand brand for fourteen years.

Incalza succeeds Janet Pfeffer’s role as Treasurer; she retired at the end of April. Incalza has been with the Trane brand since 2002. Most recently he served as the vice president of finance for Ingersoll Rand’s Commercial HVAC North America and EMEA business. Prior to that, he served as vice president of finance for Climate Solutions EMEIA based in Brussels. Incalza was with American Standard, of which Trane was a part at the time, as an audit leader and financial planning & analysis leader for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India region.
He has more than 25 years of experience in finance leadership positions. Prior to American Standard/Trane Incalza was with Bulgari SPA in the Netherlands, KPMG Audit in Italy and a lieutenant in the Italian army. His career also includes audit and accounting positions.
He has a master’s in business administration from Indiana University and a bachelor of science degree in economics from the Università degli Studi di Bari. Incalza is a certified public accountant and a certified auditor in Italy and six sigma green belt certified.
He and his family will continue to be based in Davidson, N.C.
