AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--OutboundEngine, an automated marketing platform that helps small business owners uncover the best sales opportunities in their networks, announced today that it has closed a $16 million Series C funding round led by Austin-based S3 Ventures, with full participation from the prior round of investors, including Silverton Partners, Noro-Moseley, Harmony Partners, Altos Ventures and Capital Factory.
The company will utilize the funding to add talent to its Austin and Scottsdale offices, develop new product features and pursue additional vertical markets. To date, OutboundEngine has raised $33.8 million. The $16 million Series C round comes after an $11 million Series B round led by Silverton Partners in 2014, and a $6.8 million Series A round in 2012.
