NEEDHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PTC (Nasdaq:PTC) today announced the commencement of an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2024 (the “Notes”). PTC intends to use the net proceeds of this offering, after the payment of fees and expenses, to repay a portion of the amounts outstanding under its bank credit facility.
