BERKELEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UC Berkeley Extension is pleased to announce that enrollment is open for the summer 2016 term. Thinking about a well-deserved summer vacation? Put Extension on your calendar with a course or a certificate to move you ahead in your career or start a brand-new adventure! You can take many of our courses and certificates wholly online—perfectly fitting into your busy professional and personal life. Complete your coursework poolside, in your hotel room or outside by the BBQ. Courses are also available in our Berkeley, San Francisco and Belmont Centers.
Graduate Jennifer Brandl took advantage of the online courses while completing the Certificate Program in Clinical Research Conduct and Management. “I love that the instructors post open discussions for everybody to talk about a topic,” she says. “Even though I’m looking at a computer screen, it feels more interactive than if I were in a lecture hall with 300 students and just taking notes.” The flexible format allowed her to continue working and ultimately land a coveted clinical trial specialist position at biotech company Immune Design.
UC Berkeley Extension offers more than 65 different certificates and programs to help you get where you want to be career-wise. From accounting to editing to health advocacy to post-baccalaureate programs to make you a competitive candidate for advanced education, you’re sure to find a program that speaks to your professional goals.
