Deutsche Bank appointed as depositary bank for the Sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt program of ISS A/S

NEW YORK & LONDON--()--Deutsche Bank today announced its appointment as sponsored depositary bank for the non-capital raising Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program of ISS A/S (“ISS”).

ISS was founded in Copenhagen in 1901 and has grown to become one of the world’s leading Facility Services companies. ISS offers a wide range of services such as: Cleaning, Catering, Security, Property and Support Services as well as Facility Management. ISS has approximately 505,000 employees and activities in more than 75 countries across Europe, Asia, North America, Latin America and Pacific, serving thousands of both public and private sector customers.*

The Bank offers a very broad range of services for diverse products, from complex securitizations and project finance to syndicated loans, debt exchanges and restructurings.
