SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--I Squared Capital has been named the Asia Pacific Transport Investor of the Year for its investment in Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. (Cube Highways) by Private Equity International (PEI) Infrastructure Investor Magazine, the leading industry news service covering global infrastructure markets.
Cube Highways is a partnership between I Squared Capital and International Finance Corporation (IFC, a member the World Bank Group) to build a portfolio of toll roads and related infrastructure assets in India. The company acquired its first asset, Jaipur Mahua Tollway, in May 2015. Following the acquisitions of the Madhucon Agra-Jaipur Expressways and the Western UP Tollway, Cube Highways will operate nearly 1,000 lane kilometers of toll road.
