Dan Radunz, CTO, brings 25 years of experience in leading companies to deliver innovative software solutions. Rob Wiersma, vice president of product management, has 25 years of expertise in the enterprise resource planning (ERP), consumer packaged goods (CPG), and food and beverage (F&B) industries. Together, they will play a strategic role in driving the next generation of IQMS manufacturing ERP solutions, including IQMS software, deployment models, and industry-specific offerings.

As CTO, Dan Radunz oversees IQMS's worldwide product development group supporting IQMS's entire Manufacturing ERP and MES software portfolio. Prior to joining IQMS, Dan served as CTO for HighJump Software, running its product strategy and development groups worldwide. Previously, he was the vice president of the Wireless Ronin Technologies Network Operations Center where he managed Wireless Ronin’s 24x7 support group and data center. Before joining Wireless Ronin, Radunz held several technical and management positions at HighJump. Mr. Radunz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an area of emphasis in management of information systems and a minor in computer science from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

As vice president of product management, Wiersma brings 25 years of successful accomplishment in a variety of industry strategy roles for ERP software firms. These have included consulting, product management, business consulting, sales strategy and market strategy, with hands-on involvement ranging from requirements gathering, roadmaps, and resource allocation to the delivery and sales support of end products. Prior to IQMS, Wiersma’s roles have included director of industry strategy for F&B at Lawson, industry director of consumer products and F&B at Infor and SSA Global, and industry manager of CPG & F&B at SSA Global. He studied business administration at Mohawk College and social sciences and economics at McMaster University.
