The Channels update, released to NUVI’s customer base February 17, plays a critical role in a series of updates that continue to propel NUVI to the top of the social media management industry.

Among the newly added features comes the ability to respond to Facebook and Instagram comments directly from the NUVI platform. Users are also able to see cause and effect in linear charts that help users optimize post content and timing. In response to customer feedback, Channel users can now create in-depth reports that analyze managed profiles, posts and key follower metrics.
Over the last 18 months, NUVI has reinforced its growth strategy with the addition of products and features that round out its product offering.
