Ms. Stafford’s responsibilities include overseeing the company’s manufacturing and client relations operations in Fargo, ND.

Prior to Aldevron, Ms. Stafford held positions of increasing responsibility at LifeCell Corporation, Merck Pharmaceuticals and PRACS Institute. Her responsibilities included managing quality systems for compliance with international GMP and GLP regulations in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and human tissue production industries.

Ms. Stafford holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Mayville State University.
