After a commission as a Royal Air Force Officer, his technology career spanning nearly 30 years has included appointments as a Software Development Manager, Director of Planning and Architecture for Boots PLC, Head of Strategy and Architecture for Kingfisher (B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama, BricoDepot) and Group Chief Architect of the Home Retail Group (Argos and Homebase).
