With more than 20 years of experience, New Orleans-based Chapman joins the WebTPA Executive Leadership Team with a wealth of knowledge in the managed healthcare industry. He joins the WebTPA team after five years with UnitedHealthcare where he directed sales strategies for major public sector and large commercial accounts.
Chapman will work directly with Megan Rigby, WebTPA’s Chief Growth Officer, to ensure the firm’s continued commitment to innovative, forward-thinking product offerings. Chapman’s extensive background in the intricacies of a wide variety of health plan arrangements brings a unique and valuable perspective to WebTPA’s Executive Leadership Team.
In his new role, Chapman will identify and manage new client opportunities and support continuing education and solutions presented to WebTPA’s current clients, in addition to further developing and executing the company’s business strategy.
Chapman was recognized as a UnitedHealthcare Top Producer in 2014 and he received the Performance and Values Award for his role in acquiring the largest fully-insured sale in the Public Sector (2015). Chapman holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University. Chapman attributes his success to a commitment to staying up-to-date on challenges facing large employers in today’s dynamic managed healthcare environment, which enables him to effectively implement proactive solutions.
