The Company recently hired Raymond Wynman, a 20+ year industry veteran and former Big 4 partner, to lead the firm’s International Tax practice. In this role, Raymond is actively engaged with U.S. and foreign multinational companies facing an array of international tax planning and compliance challenges.

Prior to joining GTM, Raymond served as a Partner in Ernst and Young’s International Tax Services practice, providing leadership and expertise around international tax planning and ASC 740 financial tax accounting reporting to ensure compliance with global tax regulations and accounting standards. He also practiced in the International Tax Quantitative area, providing services such as foreign tax credit maximization, overall foreign loss planning, post-foreign holding company structure maintenance, fair market value of apportioning interest expense, foreign earnings and profit studies and international tax compliance topics.
Raymond is a CPA and holds both a Master’s in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Philadelphia University. Originally hailing from Netherlands and raised in Italy, he is fluent in Italian and proficient in Dutch. He is a frequent speaker on international tax matters.
