MINNEAPOLIS--()--International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Partner Melissa Krasnow was appointed to the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Exam Development Board and the Canadian Advisory Board. She is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/US and also serves as a member of the Bloomberg BNA Privacy & Security Law Report Advisory Board.

Ms. Krasnow advises public and private companies and non-profits on domestic and international privacy and security and corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and commercial and technology transactions.
