BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SessionM, the market leader in mobile-first loyalty and engagement solutions, today announced that it has hired Todd Donahue as chief financial officer as the company prepares for rapid growth in 2016, fueled by the expansion of its industry-leading Mobile Marketing Cloud in the enterprise sector.
Donahue has more than 20 years of finance, operating and M&A experience in enterprise software, SaaS and mobile technology. He joins SessionM from enterprise recruiting software company erecruit, where he served as CFO and COO. Prior to erecruit, Donahue held several senior finance and operating roles including CFO at Livewire Mobile, Chief Accounting Officer at NMS Communications and VP Product Operations and VP Finance at Aspen Technology. Over his career, he has played a key role in several M&A transactions, including the sale of Livewire Mobile to OnMobile, NMS Communications’ CP Business to Dialogic, Corechange to OpenText Corporation and Ardent Software to Informix Corporation, and numerous acquisitions. Donahue began his career at Deloitte and is a CPA.
