NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP announced today that Brendon DeMay, Vincent Levy, and Demian Ordway have been named partners in the firm.

Brendon DeMay, 34, clerked for then-Chief Judge Vaughn Walker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Before joining HSG in 2013, he practiced as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Vincent Levy, 37, served as a law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and to then-Chief Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He joined the firm in June 2015 from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Demian Ordway, 38, served as a law clerk to Judge M. Blane Michael of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and to Judge Holwell during his tenure as a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Demian practiced as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP before joining HSG in 2012.
All three new partners received their undergraduate degrees from Harvard University. Brendon received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as managing editor of The Georgetown Law Journal; Vincent received an M.Sc. in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics (with distinction) from the London School of Economics and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he received the John Ordronaux Prize and was a James Kent Scholar; Demian received an M.A. in Philosophy from Columbia University and his J.D. (magna cum laude) from New York University School of Law.
