NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company” or “ARI”) (NYSE:ARI) today announced the conversion rate applicable to its outstanding 5.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2019 has been adjusted to 55.9411 from 55.3649, effective December 29, 2015 and subject to further adjustment as provided in the governing indenture. The adjustment has been made pursuant to the terms of the notes as a result of the cash dividend to be paid on January 15, 2016 and recognition of carried-forward adjustments relating to cash dividends of $0.44 per share of common stock and paid on April 15, 2015, July 15, 2015 and October 15, 2015, which adjustments were deferred and carried forward as permitted under the indenture.
