EAGLE, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Eagle Fire District now provides the option to pay invoices for district-related fees online, over the counter, and by phone with a credit or debit card, thanks to Access Idaho’s PayPort secure payment processing service.
“We are excited to offer an electronic payment option,” said Angi McBride, Eagle Fire District’s Administrative Manager. “An increasing number of our customers are requesting the convenience of paying with a credit or debit card so they don’t have to write checks. We have found PayPort to be cost-effective and easy to use.”
The fire district accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
The partnership between Eagle Fire District and Access Idaho operates under a self-funded model, in which no tax dollars or district funds are used to develop or maintain the service.
In addition to PayPort, Access Idaho manages the state’s official Web portal, Idaho.gov, and specializes in online government applications.
