Upstream is a leading national provider of a comprehensive set of outpatient rehabilitation services, including free-standing physical therapy clinics, outpatient rehabilitation management services and a member network of rehabilitation service providers. The company is one of the largest and fastest growing in the industry with over 300 owned and managed clinics across 23 states.
Proskauer has represented Upstream Rehabilitation since 2004 when Charterhouse completed its initial acquisition of the business.
