NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Exiger, the global regulatory and financial crime, risk and compliance firm, today announced the promotion of three key team members to the post of Managing Director in its New York and London offices.
Roy Pollitt has been promoted to Managing Director in Exiger’s New York office. Having joined Exiger as an Associate Managing Director, Mr. Pollitt came to the firm following a distinguished 17-year career as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. An experienced forensic investigator with deep expertise in bank fraud, money laundering, racketeering, and organized crime, Mr. Pollitt focuses on Exiger’s anti-money laundering and investigations practices.
Samar Pratt has been promoted to the post of Managing Director in Exiger’s London office. An expert in financial services regulatory compliance, Ms. Pratt joined Exiger from Barclays, where she was Head of Assurance in the bank’s compliance organization. Ms. Pratt focuses on Exiger’s financial crime compliance operations, leading country review and risk initiatives for the firm’s financial institution clients.
Michael Roe was promoted to Managing Director in Exiger’s New York office. A veteran specialist in anti-money laundering compliance, Mr. Roe joined Exiger as an Associate Managing Director from Goldman Sachs, where he was Vice President and Manager within the firm’s Compliance Testing Group. At Exiger, Mr. Roe is responsible for corporate compliance initiatives, with a focus on anti-money laundering.
