RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Siteworx, LLC announced that customer experience veteran, Aileen Cahill has joined the leading digital agency as Managing Partner, Eastern Region. Aileen will be responsible for driving business growth across diverse industries and strengthening partner relationships throughout the Eastern Region.
Before joining Siteworx, Aileen was Senior Vice President at Merkle, where she expanded business and promoted customer engagement for retail and consumer goods clients. She also held positions as founder of a strategic marketing firm, Customer Ergonomics, Chief Marketing Officer for IDEXX Laboratories and Chief Customer Officer for Hurley Travel Experts, Inc. and American Homeowners Association.

She brings deep expertise in retail and consumer packaged goods, digital and omni-channel marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) and data-driven customer analytics. She has developed and managed customer-centric programs for PepsiCO, Unilever, Nabisco, Inc., Kellogg Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, IBM and Fidelity Investments.
