STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
Today, Kungsleden (STO:KLED) (OSE:KGLED01) was notified of the Administrative Court of Appeal’s rulings on tax cases that Kungsleden has been involved in. In the cases, the Swedish Tax Agency claimed that certain transactions in 2006 were taxable in Sweden, even though the transactions were made by Kungsleden’s affiliated company in the Netherlands, where the capital gain was tax exempt.
Last year, the Administrative Court ruled in favour of the Swedish Tax Agency and now the higher authority has concurred that the transactions are to be transferred to the Swedish legal entity of the Kungsleden Group.
Kungsleden will be analysing the judgements and it will, at a later time, provide information on how the company views the rulings and their consequences. In the event of a final negative outcome on these ongoing court cases, it is estimated that the maximum effect on earnings is approximately SEK 1,360 million, which Kungsleden has already communicated.
