Backed by the Mountview House Group, OT-24 is linked to the largest network of for-hire vehicles in the UK. This allows them to negotiate fair pricing and makes it easy for businesses to reserve the category of vehicle they need, when they need it, delivering a corporate-level service to SMEs.
OT-24 saves time and eliminates the need for SMEs to hire additional admin staff by managing vehicle hire from online and mobile booking through to invoicing and reporting. Businesses receive a single, itemised invoice and management reports each month, making it easy to track, manage and pay their travel expenses.
The monthly management report analyses average journey costs, mileage, CO2 emissions and waiting times, charting them month by month, to provide a yearly overview. This transparent reporting provides businesses with valuable insight into how efficiently they are travelling and using the service, helping to manage costs and save money.
OT-24 customers can select the category of vehicle best suited to their needs for each booking they make – whether it’s an MPV for larger groups, eco-friendly car to reduce carbon emissions, a black cab for central London journeys or a standard saloon car.
“We’ve launched OT-24 to fill a gap in the transport market; a fully transparent, managed service aimed at SMEs,” said director of OT-24, Roy Hughes. “We’ve combined our 60+ years of experience and knowledge of the industry with our network of reliable, localised private hire and black cab companies to develop a ground transport service with customer service at its core that SMEs can trust with their most valuable clients.
This launch to businesses within the M25 is only the first step, our plan is to continue to grow and extend the service to major cities across the country.”
All the vehicles in OT-24’s network are driven by licensed, insured UK drivers.
OT-24 combines technology and industry experience to deliver easy-to-use, fully managed, ground transport services for businesses.
OT-24 is part of the Mountview House Group, which was originally formed in 1953 as Radio Taxicabs (Southern) Ltd, an independent driver co-operative of Licensed London Black Taxi Cabs.
