NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE:ARI) today announced the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.46 per share of common stock, which is payable on January 15, 2016 to common stockholders of record on December 31, 2015. This is the second increase of the quarterly dividend per share of common stock in 2015, resulting in a 15% total dividend increase for the year.
Commenting on the announcement, Stuart Rothstein, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, said: “Due to the successful execution of ARI’s business plan in 2015, as well as the continued confidence we have in ARI’s ability to execute in 2016, the Board of Directors increased the Company’s quarterly dividend per share of common stock to $0.46.
