New Additions to GT Software
Barry Selvidge, Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, brings 30 years of entrepreneurial, executive leadership and legal expertise to GT Software. He has served as the president of Prime Point Media, Payphone Publishing Company, and Mesa Management, as well as vice president of regulatory affairs & general counsel for Communications Central (CCI). Selvidge holds a BS from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Bruce Kopkin, Executive Vice President, comes to GT Software with 30 years of experience in executive, sales and marketing positions in high tech, manufacturing and distribution industries. Before joining GT Software, Kopkin served in executive sales positions for IBM, OmniVue, Transoft, JDA Software and Indus International. He also served as the president of Lorentzen & Wettre North America, where he tripled revenues through new channels and sales positioning and successfully developed an outsourced service business. Kopkin is also the founder and President of the Executive Sales and Marketing Association, and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Gary Johnson, Vice President of Sales, offers more than 30 years of sales and marketing leadership experience, where he amassed a broad set of leadership skills and results, earning numerous top sales awards and recognition. In addition to his career success at IBM, Johnson was selected to participate in the 2008 class of the Coverdell Leadership Institute and has taken executive leadership classes at Harvard University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
Internal GT Software Promotion
Jeff Andrews was promoted to Chief Technology Officer after previously serving as the company’s development manager. With more than 20 years of IT experience in the manufacturing, telecommunications and financial industries, he has held leadership roles at SITA, 4 Access Communications, and Lancope, as well as serving as chief software architect for Broadsource, Inc. Andrews has a noted record for increasing productivity, exceeding marketing and sales expectations and improving customer satisfaction. He holds a BS from Wichita State University and an MBA from Jones International University.
