According to the complaint, on July 29, 2015, the Company announced that it expected diluted earnings to be between $0.43 and $0.47 a share. On August 7, 2015, just nine days after this announcement, the Company’s Chairman of the board sold over two million shares for over $48,000,000. When earnings were released, Roadrunner drastically reduced its third quarter guidance. When the truth was revealed, shares dropped causing investors harm.
