PCKeeper is among the world’s leading providers of remote support services; it includes a unique Find & Fix feature that was unveiled at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, NV.
The new ownership will increase the value and service that PCKeeper delivers to customers by focusing only on Windows-based applications and services. PCKeeper will continue operating in partnership with Intel and Microsoft as a Gold Development Partner. Kromtech Alliance Corp. has announced that after transferring the PCKeeper brand they will focus solely on Apple-related products and services.
Essentware S.A. acquired the brand name and transitioned PCKeeper’s staff of just over 50 people into its daily operations and under its supervision. Essentware S.A., a privately held technology investment company, has named CEO Viacheslav Kaplanian to take over the development and support of PCKeeper. He and his team will be able to expand the products and services offering for PCKeeper’s current and future customer base. CEO Viacheslav Kaplanian and his team bring expertise in Microsoft Windows software utilities and security solutions. PCKeeper is the first software product in their portfolio and Essentware has proclaimed their goal to use PCKeeper’s platform and market reach to develop new applications for Windows users around the world.
