(NASDAQ: JBSS) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a special cash dividend (the “Dividend”) of $2.00 per share on all issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company and $2.00 per share on all issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock of the Company.
The Dividend will be paid on December 11, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2015.
