(“Civitas” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of the underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock by selling stockholders at a price to the public of $21.50 per share. The selling stockholders are affiliates of Vestar Capital Partners and certain current and former employees of the Company, including senior members of management. In connection with the offering, the underwriters exercised their option to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares in full. As a result, the total public offering size was 2,300,000 shares. Civitas did not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock.
