The retailer and more than 30 dairies leveraged PCG’s Visibility & Analytics to evaluate sell-through of all dairy-milk items by store. As a result, product facings were optimized to lower waste and improve freshness. Exception based reporting then provided the dairies with corrective actions needed by product and store location to maintain required service levels and meet consumer demand.
