UPDATE ON AVAILABILITY OF NI43-101 COMPLIANT
RESOURCE ESTIMATE AND TECHNICAL REPORT
LONDON: 30 SEPTEMBER 2015 - The directors of ECR Minerals plc (the “Directors”) are pleased to provide the following update regarding the NI43-101 compliant resource estimate and technical report (together, the “Report”) being prepared for the Itogon gold project in the Philippines.
The Directors now expect the Report to be available by mid-October 2015. The Directors had expected the Report to be available during September 2015, however, additional time is required to conclude discussions regarding various technical matters between ECR Directors and staff and the consultants responsible for the Report.
After the Report has been finalised an announcement will be made and the Report will be made available on ECR’s website as soon as possible.
ABOUT ECR
ECR is a mineral exploration and development company with the right to earn a 50% interest in the Itogon epithermal gold project in the Philippines. Itogon is an advanced exploration project located in a prolific gold and copper mining district in the north of the Philippines.
ECR has a 100% interest in the SLM gold project in La Rioja Province, Argentina. Exploration at SLM has focused on identifying small tonnage mesothermal gold deposits which may be suitable for relatively near term production.
