BEVERLY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC (“Brookwood”), a leading real estate investment and asset management company, today announced that Rachel L. Oliver and Ryan T. Cooley have joined the firm’s accounting department at its Beverly headquarters.
Ms. Oliver and Mr. Cooley will both serve as Portfolio Accountants and will be responsible for the general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis for their portfolio of properties. “Rachel and Ryan are experienced accounting professionals and will enhance our department’s portfolio accounting and investor reporting capabilities,” stated Ericka L. Ayles, Brookwood’s Director of Finance. “We are confident they will have an immediate impact on the operations of our growing department and we are very excited to have them join our team.”
Prior to joining Brookwood, Ms. Oliver was a Property Staff Accountant for Boston Properties where she performed account reconciliations and developed financial reports for 14 properties located in the New York region. Previously, Ms. Oliver was a Property Staff Accountant for Berkshire Property Advisors. Ms. Oliver is a graduate of Salem State College.
Mr. Cooley comes to Brookwood from Brown Brothers Harriman where he was an Alternative Investment Financial Reporting Team Leader. In this position, Mr. Cooley managed a team of financial reporting analysts and prepared quarterly and annual financial statements for clients. Previously, Mr. Cooley was a Senior Hedge Fund Reporting Analyst for JPMorgan Corporate & Investment Bank. Mr. Cooley is a graduate of Endicott College and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
