Stanhope’s career has focused on the intersection of marketing and technology at high-growth companies. In this role, he will lead and manage all aspects of the company's marketing operation, including brand, demand generation, communications, and product marketing.

Prior to joining Hireology, Stanhope was the senior vice president of marketing at Signal, where he was responsible for corporate and product marketing and led the company’s 2014 rebranding effort. Earlier in his career, he acted as chief strategy officer of the campaign management & analytics division at SDL and principal analyst at Forrester Research where he covered marketing analytics and optimization.
