Nephrologist Hussain Gilani, M.D., of Chabot Nephrology Medical Group, will share practical and up-to-date information about what newly diagnosed Chronic Kidney Disease patients and their family members need to know about the disease, and address patients’ most frequently voiced questions and concerns. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions about diet and nutrition answered by a Satellite Healthcare renal dietitian.
