The 15.3% growth in Revenue per Available Room (RevPar excluding the addition of rooms) was mainly the result of the following factors:
a. A 1.3 percentage point increase in occupancy, due to the positive performance of the hotels located in the northern part of the country, mainly in Monterrey and Chihuahua, as well as other cities such as Puebla.
b. An ADR increase of 12.6% from the optimization of the use of Revenue Maximization technological tools for the implementation of the hotel operating processes. It is important to mention that 16 of the hotels in the portfolio experienced double digit growth during the month of August, with respect to the average daily rate.
