WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nominations are now open for the third edition of the CX Impact Awards, created by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the premier global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the Customer Experience profession. These awards recognize individuals who exemplify excellent customer experience and who are making an impact on their organizations and their customers.
Nominations close September 4, and the winners will be announced October 6, CX Day, a global day of celebration of companies and people who are delivering great experiences to customers. Individuals may nominate themselves or others in one of two categories: Practitioners (within companies), and Providers (within CX vendors). An international panel of judges who are authorities in the field will select the winners.
"Anyone involved with the customer experience field is encouraged to nominate a CX star -- someone whose efforts have made a difference in the industry.
