CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BravoSolution, a leading global strategic procurement solution provider, has expanded its senior management team with leadership appointments to the finance and human resources departments. Peter Vlerick will lead as chief financial officer of BravoSolution and Kevin Crow has been appointed senior vice president of global human resources. Both new hires will be based out of the company’s Chicago headquarters.

Peter Vlerick, formerly CFO at Avatar Solutions, joins BravoSolution as chief financial officer and brings 25 years of experience in corporate development strategies, having led prior organizations through high growth, capital market investment activities, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. In his new role, Vlerick will be responsible for overseeing BravoSolution’s finance and administrative functions and planning key expansion activities.
As senior vice president of global human resources, Kevin Crow will lead both the strategic and operational development of BravoSolution’s workforce. Crow brings more than sixteen years of experience and expertise in talent sourcing and management, performance management, and leadership and organizational development. Prior to joining BravoSolution, Crow held multiple senior-level human resources roles within the technology and media industries at companies including RMG Networks, Akoo International, Saatchi & Saatchi X and The Marketing Store.
