CouponChloe is competing against coupon giants RetailMeNot.com, Coupons.com and VoucherCodes.co.uk and plans to be a major portal for savvy online shoppers. Focusing on mobile usability for its visitors, CouponChloe expects to drive over 60% of its revenue from both tablet and mobile users.
